Whether it's your regular Saturday foursome, the office golf league, or a group of friends who play a few times a year — the Clubhouse keeps everyone organized, connected, and ready to play.
When you open the Clubhouse, you see every group you belong to at a glance: the group name, how many members are in it, your role (member or admin), and the join approval type. You can belong to as many groups as you like - a weekday crew, a weekend crew, a buddy trip group - they all live here.
Takes seconds. Tap Create Group, give it a name (like "Saturday Crew" or "Work League"), and you're in. A unique 6-character invite code is generated automatically.
Just as easy. Tap Join Group, enter the code a friend shares with you, and you're in - pending approval if the group requires it.
Each group has four tabs - Tee Times, Board, Members, and Activity - each built for a specific job.
Post tee times, set player caps, and get instant RSVPs. See exactly who's in, who's tentative, and who's out - all in one place. Upcoming and past tee times are automatically organized.
Your group's private message thread. Share photos, trash talk, and keep the conversation going between rounds. Post text or photos, and admins can moderate as needed.
See everyone in your group with their name, photo, handicap, and join date. Admins are clearly labeled. Manage membership and view group composition at a glance.
A running log of everything happening in your group - rounds posted, scores shared, and group events. Stay connected even when you're not on the course.
This is the command center for getting the crew on the course.
Any member can post a tee time: pick a date, set one or more tee time slots (for larger groups that split across multiple tee times), name the course, set a player cap, and add any notes. Once posted, everyone in the group sees it immediately.
Each tee time shows a live headcount and lets you respond with:
In - you're confirmed
Tentative - you're trying to make it
Out - you can't make it
The tee time card shows exactly who has accepted, so you always know who's in before heading to the course. Upcoming tee times and past tee times are separated automatically.
Attached to every tee time is a built-in side game system. Tap Propose a Game on any tee time to set up a wager against the other players who are coming.
When you propose a game, you set the dollar amount, choose which players are included, and - for team-based games like Nassau, Vegas, or Match Play - assign each player to Team A or Team B. You can add an optional note for any extra rules or conditions ("Press on the back 9," "No gimmies," etc.).
The other players then accept or decline the wager directly inside the app. You can cancel a game you've proposed at any time. All active games are displayed right on the tee time card so everyone can see what's at stake before they tee off.
Every group has a permanent, unique 6-character invite code displayed prominently at the top of the group screen. Tap the copy icon to copy it to your clipboard instantly, or tap the share icon to send it directly via text, email, or any other app. Hand the code to anyone you want to invite and they're in within seconds.
Group admins have full control over how the group operates.
Rename the group at any time
Join approval policy - choose between Majority Vote (more than half the members must approve a new joiner) or Unanimous Vote (everyone must approve)
Tee time notifications - toggle 48-hour and 24-hour reminders before each tee time so members never miss a round they RSVPed to
Delete the group - permanently removes the group and all its data
The Clubhouse isn't a social feed or a public leaderboard - it's intentionally private. Your groups are invite-only, your conversations stay within the group, and everything is organized around the one thing that matters: getting your crew on the course and making the round more fun when you get there.
