2.5 Information from Third Parties

  • Golf course data: We receive course information (hole pars, yardages, ratings, slope) from a third-party golf course data provider

4.4 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change and any choices you may have.
