The side game tracking features of this App are designed exclusively to help groups of friends organize and track informal, private wagers among themselves — similar to tracking a friendly poker game or a bet between friends. All wagers are:
Next18Now does not accept, hold, process, transfer, or guarantee any funds associated with any wager. We are not a money transmitter, payment processor, gambling operator, or licensed wagering service.

Next18Now assumes no liability for any dispute, loss, or legal issue arising from any wager tracked through the App. Use of wagering features is entirely at your own risk.

All content, design, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials in the App are the property of Next18Now or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
GOLF COURSE DATA, HANDICAP CALCULATIONS, AND SCORING RESULTS ARE PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL AND ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY. THEY MAY BE INACCURATE AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON FOR OFFICIAL HANDICAP POSTING OR COMPETITIVE PLAY PURPOSES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEXT18NOW AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, ANY WAGER TRACKED THROUGH THE APP, OR ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN USERS.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Next18Now and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the App; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law; (d) any wager or financial dispute between you and another user; or (e) any content you submit through the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or us. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at the address below.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in [Your City, State].
